Prices
Private session of 60 minutes is 500 NOK per person.
Private session of 90 minutes is 700 NOK per person.
Yoga for Everyone (Summer 2024 outdoor) kr 150 per class.
Group Yoga & Mindfulness for Fall / Winter is kr 1.400 for 7 classes.
To open a yoga group we need at least 2 people registered to start.
A scheduled session, individual or grupal, must be cancelled at least 48 hours before, or it will be fully charged.

About me














Yoga has been my personal practice since 2008 and on 2016 I traveled to India for a Yoga Teacher Training, among studies on buddhist phylosophy and meditation retreats.
Certified Yoga Teacher (200HH) in AYM, Rishikesh, India.
For many years I practiced Hatha Yoga, a little of Power yoga and Yin Yoga, but since 2018 my main personal practice is Iyengar Yoga.
